Ted Wake Talk on social wellness

This is a very special event. The Ted Wake Centre invites you to a “Ted Wake Talk” on social wellness. Bring  a family member, a friend, or a neighbour to join you information on strategies for improving your social health.

Having good social health helps people improve their emotional wellbeing and feel supported in their daily lives.

Also, you may attend a talk by the City Age Friendly Coordinator on combatting social isolation. 

Refreshments will be served.
The event is free to everyone.
